Service received from Dilu, Nishi, Phylix was very good, they were very helpful, polite, very accommodating, and made the experience a pleasure. With reference to work the were very quick to let the place as Nishi found a tenant in 2 days, whom she had known previously as a tenant. The property being newly refurbished made their job easier. Once everything was agreed they got on with referencing the tenant and got the ball rolling as a team. The property was let on a managed basis, which was very good value for money. I would surely use them again for other properties.
